2018年入职北京师范大学,任副教授,2026年任教授。
以鸟类和昆虫为主要研究对象,综合运用行为学实验、生物数学模型和系统发育比较分析等方法,从个体-种群-物种多个层次探讨动物行为的起源与演化机制,以及行为变化对种群动态和物种多样性维持的影响。目前主要研究方向包括:
(1)动物性选择与择偶行为的演化机制,探讨不同性别选择行为的形成及其适应性意义;
(2)动物扩散行为的演化及其生态后果,解析个体行为差异与环境条件对扩散决策的共同影响,以及行为特征介导的扩散对种群动态、空间分布、疾病传播和灭绝风险的作用;
(3)动物行为与物种形成及生物多样性保护,关注行为差异在种群生态适应和物种形成过程中的作用,并探索行为生态学机制在生物多样性保护中的应用。
