2003.9-2007.7，北京交通大学，获生物医学工程学士学位；

     2007.9-2012.7，中国科学院动物研究所，获生态学博士学位；

     2012.7-2017.12，中国科学院动物研究所，任助理研究员，期间于2016.3-2017.3前往美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校访学；

     2018年入职北京师范大学，任副教授，2026年任教授。

以鸟类和昆虫为主要研究对象，综合运用行为学实验、生物数学模型和系统发育比较分析等方法，从个体-种群-物种多个层次探讨动物行为的起源与演化机制，以及行为变化对种群动态和物种多样性维持的影响。目前主要研究方向包括：

（1）动物性选择与择偶行为的演化机制，探讨不同性别选择行为的形成及其适应性意义；

（2）动物扩散行为的演化及其生态后果，解析个体行为差异与环境条件对扩散决策的共同影响，以及行为特征介导的扩散对种群动态、空间分布、疾病传播和灭绝风险的作用；

（3）动物行为与物种形成及生物多样性保护，关注行为差异在种群生态适应和物种形成过程中的作用，并探索行为生态学机制在生物多样性保护中的应用。
